Jumpstart the Fit You

Jumpstart is a dynamic program that will get you stronger and healthier in just 5 weeks. Classes are twice a week with an nutrition seminar and functional fitness group class.

CrossFit Class

Small Group Instruction

Class size limited to just 15 participants

During the Jumpstart Program you will get stronger, meet personal nutrition goals, and get ready to join CrossFit classes. This program is designed for those ready for lasting change.

45 minutes of nutrition seminar and goal setting

45 minutes of cardio and strength training small group classes
